Decile Hub doesn't currently have a built-in NDA signing requirement as a gate for data room access via a public link.

Here are the recommended alternatives:

• Use a PACT instead - The standard PACT already includes NDA language and is designed to gate access before sharing sensitive fund materials. This is the approach recommended by VC Lab.
• Control access via permissions - In your data room settings, you can restrict access to specific email addresses rather than allowing open public access, and set files to view-only.

If an NDA gate before entry is critical for your use case, you could submit it as a feature request and the team will add it to the roadmap!
